We're excited to announce we'll be exhibiting our range of centralised vacuum systems at the eagerly anticipated Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2019.

Taking place on Tuesday, February 5th to Thursday, February 7th at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre, Hampshire, our team will be showcasing the powerful DC-11 Modules at Stand B270.

The DC 11-Module, which comes in several models, is an optimised stand-alone unit for source extraction and industrial cleaning. It has been designed to service up to six normal extraction points or several cleaning outlets at a time, and is modularly built, meaning it can be tailor-made to suit any engineering environment.

Southern Manufacturing and Electronics is the most comprehensive annual industrial exhibition in the UK. Entering its 21st year, the event has fast become a major pan-European showcase for new technology in machinery, production equipment, electronic production and assembly, tooling, components and subcontract services across a wide range of industries.

Compact & lightweight design

Building on the same well-proven principles as Dustcontrol's powerful DC 5900 extractors, our new direct-drive, three-phase dust extractor now adds one more key worker benefit: a compact, lightweight design for quick and easy transport in regular sized vans and trailers. This helps work start on time and avoids costly delays.

Different models are available. All feature a direct driven, three-phase turbo pump suitable for continuous operation, heavy material transport, spot extraction and vacuum cleaning. The pump also provides sufficient airflow for simultaneous multiple use, e.g. as a central unit in a semi-mobile system. A sturdy steel chassis maximizes durability.

Three basic models are available: bag ( c ), container (a) and longopac (L) containers.
