The shutter valve is ofhygienic design and specially developed for the food industry. In order to avoid material build up there is a chamber in one half. This side should be mounted downwards. When mounting in a horizontal direction, it is important that this chamber is directed straight upwards so as not to risk collecting material. The cylinder is of hygienic design with food approved lubrication. The slider is airtight and does not release material. The shutter valve consists of materials that meet the requirements of the FDA and EC 1935/2004. Available in Ø50.
