Dustcontrol AB – General Terms of Delivery

These terms of delivery apply to orders placed with Dustcontrol AB, unless otherwise agreed. They are effective as of 2026-09-01 and supersede all previous general terms and conditions issued by Dustcontrol. All referenced standard agreements are issued by the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries (Teknikföretagen) and are available at https://www.teknikforetagen.se/in-english/.

Purchases of Materials

For purchases of materials delivered within Sweden, the standard agreement NL-17 applies; for deliveries outside Sweden, Orgalim S 2022 applies. These agreements apply subject to the following amendments and clarifications.

For order values below EURO 10,000, the payment schedule involving multiple partial invoices is replaced by a single invoice. This may be issued in connection with the delivery of the order or as an advance invoice, depending on the credit limit determined by the seller.

The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the products. This right applies only to standard products and is conditional upon the items being:

unused and undamaged;
returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered products, custom solutions, or products manufactured or adapted according to the customer’s specifications.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the seller’s customer service department to obtain a return number before shipping the items back. The customer bears all costs and risks associated with the return shipment.

For approved returns, a return fee of 20% of the product’s price will be charged to cover handling, inspection, and restocking. Refunds or credits are issued only after we have received and inspected the items. If the items are damaged, lack their original packaging, or cannot be restored to a sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to apply additional deductions beyond the return fee..
