A Pre-Separator is a must when you are extracting coarse, voluminous or heavy material. A Pre-Separator takes the strain off the main filter and motor of the dust extractor or the central vacuum system. And it guarantees consistently high suction power throughout the work process. In 2017 we launched Pre-Separator DCF Immersion. Now we are presenting an upgrade with many new features! At the time of the launch the focus areas were aviation and the auto industry. Still important areas where collecting and neutralizing flammable and combustible particles by suctioning/transporting them through a liquid – will eliminating ignition sources at an early stage. The pre-separator must be connected to a vacuum system to provide sufficient flow with correctly dimensioned hoses to avoid settling of particles in the hose. Some of the updates of DCF Immersion:✅The container is now completely made of stainless steel.✅Reduced risk of leakage by re-designing the container.✅Simplified inlet design, now with a diameter of Ø50 mm instead of Ø53 mm.✅Updated chassis according to the DC Tromb design solution. In connection with these improvements, we are also changing the part number to 74101.
