To ensure optimum machine performance, filter service and replacement of the motor brushes should be performed regularly at given time intervals (see below).

The service kit for Tromb (45525) contains:

• Hepa filter Tromb (44016 )
• Fine filter polyester Tromb (44017 )
• 2 pcs. brush mechanism. Applies to motor 43308, (240 V, 1000W) and motor 43306-1 (240V, 1350W). (44707)

Service Kit Schedule

Filter Replacement – The fine filter must be replaced at least once per year. Only original filters may be used to maintain warranty. HEPA filters must be replaced after 300 hours of operation.

Motor – The typical service life of a fan motor’s original brushes is 600-700 hours. The brush can be replaced. The service life of the second brush set is approx. 400 hours, while that of the third set is approx. 300 hours. After this time, the motor is considered worn out and should be replaced.
