- Absence Control: Smart Panel 3.10 introduces an optional feature – Absence Control. Start the system with a simple button press and let it run as long as needed. When no flow is detected, the system automatically transitions to standby mode with a preset ECO frequency to optimize energy consumption. Connecting a hose or valve immediately activates the system.
- Efficient Pipe Cleaning: With the enhanced pipe cleaning function, you can control up to four separate pipe cleaning dampers with individual timing. The vacuum generator maintains a constant speed during the cleaning cycle to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Optimized Filter Cleaning: To maximize performance, Smart Panel 3.10 offers a new parameter, “MINIMUM TIME
SINCE LAST CLEANING,” in the filter cleaning system. You can easily adjust the time between filter cleanings to reduce the need for compressed air or lower noise levels, especially if your system starts and stops frequently.
- Real-time Monitoring and Measurement: Keep track of your system’s performance with the new display, showing current energy consumption in kW and indicating the ECO function.
- Customizable Inputs and Outputs: Smart Panel 3.10 comes standard with a PLC that has 8 digital input signals, 16 digital output signals, and 4 analog input signals. These are customizable according to your needs through the display during initial setup. If you choose Smart Panel 3.10 as UFS, all inputs and outputs can be fully customized to your specific requirements.
