We have a new dust extraction solution out there! DC Tromb Stationary is a complete central unit that comes with automatic filter cleaning and the Smart Panel Compact control system (described below) as standard. If necessary, it can also be equipped with a vacuum shutter valve and/or filter cleaning shutter valve. Tromb Stationary is available with the discharge options container (A), bag (C) or longopac (L) as standard.

DC Smart Panel Compact is an control cabinet for small direct-start vacuum systems with dust extractor and automatic filter cleaning and some selectable options. Please note that installation and commissioning with adaptation to the current facility must be done by a trained technician.

Functions of the control panel:

• Start / Stop via local push buttons on control panel, via external microloop / switch and also by weekly timer with four date intervals for stop
• Level monitoring with warning for high level and delayed alarm for system stop
• Temperature monitoring PTC or Klixon
• New start interlock or external alarm (e.g. from alarm system, fire alarm)
• Control of 1pc vacuum pump, of 1 solenoid valve for filter clean, of filter cleaning shutter (via contactor) and also control via 1pc output with selectable function Q1 (shutter or indication functions)
• Multifunction indication (alarm / warning) in cabinet front
• Runtime counter
• Display of remaining time until the next service
• External multifunction indication possible
